Business Support manager
JS Air Curtains is the UK’s leading Air Curtains specialist, supplying a comprehensive and competitive range of air curtains to the UK since 1999. The business currently has seven full time employees, with outsourced operations including warehousing, logistics, service and maintenance.
The role of business support manager is an exciting opportunity to work across the whole business, supporting individual departments with varied and interesting tasks, ensuring the smooth running of all business operations, whilst maintaining a high-level brand image amongst external stakeholders.
JS Air Curtains is committed to making the business as automated as possible and plans to use AI whenever possible.
Key duties of the business support manager will include:
- Oversee daily office functions, administrative workflows and office housekeeping.
- Monitor the shared email mailboxes and dealing with incoming finance and operations calls.
- Support the directors with daily business activities and strategic targets.
- Support adherence to internal quality policies, health & safety regulations and legal standards
- Post the incoming and outgoing monies in the ERP system.
- Ensure the ERP system is complete with accurate information.
- Monitor overdue invoices and collate information needed for escalation.
- Complete customer pre-qualification quality surveys.
- Maintain the purchase and sales order processes with all associated administration.

- Advanced digital literacy – MS Office, Outlook, ERP, CRM databases, data analysis and AI.
- Minimum of A’ level or equivalent in a business-related subject – ideally degree educated.
