Property Administrator

A fabulous newly created role for a talented administrator to join one of the area’s leading privately owned businesses. Reporting to the manager and director, you will have responsibility for supporting the team in all aspects of property administration; from dealing with initial enquiries right through to ensuring works are carried out efficiently and the necessary documentation is recorded and up to date. 

You will also maintain Excel spreadsheets and database entries, as well as producing Word documents and emails to an exceptionally high standard. 

As a first point of contact to the business, your professional manner will be essential in projecting the high values and standards of the team at all times.

You will be a real team player and be someone who cares about customers, wanting them to have a great service at all times. You will also bring strong commercial administration experience and have an impressive CV which demonstrates your commitment to previous employers.

Please note that this is an office-based role and hours are 40 per week. Although recent property administration experience would obviously be ideal, we will be happy to consider a general administration background gained in a professional business environment. It is important that you already live locally, or, if you live outside the town, that you are a driver with a car.
