Business Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a brilliant office administrator to join a growing business which has a great heritage and a bright future ahead. Reporting to the managing director, you will be his go-to person for all things administration – from reception and diary management right through to producing quotations for customers and developing Excel spreadsheets to record accurate data for ongoing projects.

1. Are you super organised with a real passion for doing a fantastic job and going the extra mile?

2. Have you worked for at least three years in an administrative role with a medium-sized or large manufacturing/ industrial company?

3. Are you a strong communicator and team player who relishes a challenge?

4. Do you have advanced level Excel skills and a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint?

Please note that hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday. An ideal start time is 8am or 8:30am. Holiday allowance is 22 days, with the requirement to take one week in August and one at Christmas when the company closes. Salary is £25-32,000.
