Sales Administrator - Yeomans Citroen

Exeter £18-24,000

Yeomans is a successful, multi-franchise group of motor dealerships representing the Citroen franchise on the Marsh Barton Trading Estate in Exeter. Other Yeomans Citroen dealerships are located in Torbay and Plymouth. The team at Yeomans are now looking for a really efficient sales administrator to join them. Key duties in this varied and busy role are: * Loading vehicle data into stock, and then updating the stock file * Processing and verifying orders and producing invoices * Registration of new vehicles, and allocating registration numbers * Taxing of both new and used vehicles * Setting up of warranties on used vehicles * Loading deposits on to the Kerridge system * Month end procedure which includes costing of warranties and service contracts * Other ad-hoc daily tasks. Our ideal candidate will be: * An experienced sales and/or general office administrator with proven commitment to previous employers * Confident and competent in the use of Excel spreadsheets and business or accounts systems * Happy to undertake a wide range of duties to support colleagues and management * A real team player who takes pride in working quickly and accurately * Keen to make a long term career move to Yeomans. Accounts Assistant

This is a new position for a bright and enthusiastic accounts assistant to join a fascinating business which is based in Worthing. You’ll be working for the head of finance who is a very supportive and professional person, so it will be an ideal opportunity for you to really shine. The job will suit someone who has the AAT qualification (or equivalent) and a CV which demonstrates experience in all aspects of daily financial accounts for an SME or possibly a larger business (as long as you are used to being very hands-on). Accounts Assistant

My client is an expanding company with a great reputation and really strong client base. The financial controller is looking for a bright person with recent practical accountancy experience to join her team and to take on responsibility for a section of the sales ledger. Your key duties will be: Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for management reports. Processing invoices and payments. Dealing with customer queries and investigating/resolving issues as they arise. Issuing beautifully-presented emails. The role will suit a very numerate accounts assistant who has at least three years’ recent experience in sales and/or purchase ledger and has intermediate or advanced level Excel skills. Hours are 35 per week. 

Assistant Accountant

This is a new role for a brilliant assistant accountant to join a really successful company based in Shoreham. You will be heading up the accounts team and will have full responsibility for the daily purchase, sales and nominal ledgers with all associated reconciliations and month end reporting. If you have recent experience in managing a team of accounts assistants and enjoy motivating people to pull together to meet company objectives, then this could be an ideal move for you.

Assistant Accountant - new role!

My client is the manager of a growing business which has a terrific reputation for delivering a very high quality service to its customers. The role of assistant accountant is key to the smooth running of all aspects of back office finances and will be a vital support to the senior management team. It’s a small company, so you’ll be the sort of person who doesn’t mind helping out in all areas - everything from opening the post to putting the monthly management accounts together. You will have strong bookkeeping, financial and management accounts experience gained with an SME and also a CV which demonstrates real commitment to previous employers. Advanced Excel skills are essential. Assistant Accountant

This is a new position for an experienced AAT qualified (or part-qualified ACCA / CIMA) assistant accountant to support the finance manager of a busy manufacturing company for a period of between 3 and 12 months, commencing in mid-April. Key duties will include: Processing staff expenses and commissions. Journal preparation, posting and calculation of accruals. Payroll / petty cash accounting and reconciliation. Assist with the production of balance sheet reconciliations. Assistance with audit query resolution. Statistical reporting, EC Sales and Intrastat reporting. VAT reconciliation. Use of SAP and Excel (to advanced level). If you have recent practical experience in these areas and have a real passion for delivering work to an exceptionally high standard then this could be an ideal role for you.
