Assistant Administrator - Insolvency and Recovery Ltd.

My client is Insolvency and Recovery Ltd., a privately-owned boutique practice, based in central Worthing. Due to an increase in new cases, the team are looking for an entry-level person to undertake administrative support duties and to develop a knowledge of the insolvency industry. For the right person, there is every opportunity to have a long-term and rewarding career with the practice. Your key duties will initially involve: Filing correspondence, photocopying, posting reports and other clerical tasks Updating creditor details on the database Corresponding with creditors Dealing with calls and ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and professional manner Completing statutory forms Supporting the team as required. As your knowledge increases, you will be given more responsibility and potentially the chance to study towards the professional insolvency qualification. Accounts Assistant

I am just starting the hunt for a really well-organised and efficient accounts assistant to join an established and very friendly company in East Worthing. Reporting to the accounts manager, you will be responsible for sales ledger invoicing and credit control as well as reconciliations and updating Excel spreadsheets. The position will require recent practical experience gained within a busy accounts office, and you will have a CV which demonstrates commitment to previous employers as my client is looking for a new team member who will make a long-term commitment to the company. Accounts Assistant - Hargreaves Group of Companies

Semi Senior Accountant - A C Tax Services Ltd.

My client is A C Tax Services Ltd., a well-established, highly respected firm of accountants and tax advisors which has been providing clients with the full range of business accounting services for over 25 years. The firm is now headed by a young, forward-thinking qualified accountant who is keen to further strengthen his team by recruiting a new semi senior accountant. You will be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping and accounts preparation to trial balance using the Iris software package. This will include: • Receiving instructions and documentation from a broad range of limited companies and sole traders • Dealing with client enquiries and resolving queries • Inputting accounting data to Iris and ensuring reconciliations and control accounts are maintained to a high standard of accuracy • Submitting TB accounts to the director and assisting him and other colleagues to ensure deadlines are met for final accounts preparation. To be considered for this varied and challenging role, you will be: • AAT qualified (or equivalent) with at least three years’ directly relevant experience gained in another modern and progressive firm of accountants • Happy to undertake the full range of client accounts preparation duties and with the potential to grow and develop in the role • A positive team player who will fly the flag for the firm and be dedicated to providing fantastic client services • Highly computer-literate with experience in the use of Iris or similar accounting software and with advanced Excel skills • Determined to make a long-term commitment and to build your career with A C Tax Services.
